The worst, rude and unclean Mc Donalds I've ever been! Today again given a chance but that was the last, never again Mc Donalds in Burgkunstadt! Drive was very full due to Corona and I thought you go in and order, well the person in front of me had a few problems specifying his order but Mc Donalds can't help! After 15 minutes of waiting until this person had their order, it was my turn! 2x nuggets menu and three double cheeseburgers! After about 10 minutes, double cheeseburgers are ready but only one in three because the kitchen is incapable (okay, what can one person do) after another 10 minutes I had my meal! Three warm burgers and the nuggets menu cold! But hey at least everything was in the bag! About an hour after eating, stomach ache, nausea and vomiting (great feeling when you are pregnant and you are now afraid of having caught any germs) !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A visit to the doctor tomorrow will be possible! In my opinion, it must be reported to the health department and the hygiene checked unannounced! Staff incapable, unfriendly and bad German. This Mc Donalds needs to be closed urgently !!!!!!!!!!!!! Health hazard!

Totally lovely staff, clean and everything was correct and enough sauce on everything! Our daughter got gummy bears and chalk pens, they were leftovers! A great team atmosphere, you feel very comfortable! Go on like this

Not at all ... I was offered old, seasoned, cold food, luckily I wasn't at the drive in counter ... but in the poorly maintained dining room, certainly never there again. After the complaint, a hoarse burger was thrown at the table ...

The service is pretty slow. But hygiene fits. Otherwise a McDonald's like so many in Germany. Nothing special, but not bad either.

Always everything very dirty, stuck benches & tables ..... very unhygienic: (incompetent employees & mostly impolite .... when you place a large order half of the amount is missing or when there are offers such as milkshakes or ice cream, works (supposedly) always the machine not ..... often long waiting times & much inedible, not recommended * thumbs down * and 0 stars !!

The very last thing, should finally be closed. Reason so dirty littered outside, staff completely overwhelmed. Just repulsive, as the operator, I would think twice.

The team completely incompetent Everything very dirty! Many things are no longer available or are sold out Hygiene is at least written in lower case where the guests are! Unfortunately one of the worst branches I know.

Just ordered 20 nuggets in the McDrive where there are 3 dips included and not a single one was there and this is not the first time that something is missing. Mostly only incompetent workers in there!

I'm not there often because I only stop once when I'm passing through. But if you have been there 5 times, 3 times you don't get your belongings in full and, above all, you don't have a bill to prove it, that's really bad. Personally, I will definitely not go there anymore !!!

Where do you start? Depending on who is serving at the cash register, it has often happened that the employee forgets what he / she should put in the bag while placing the order, even though nothing is going on (3 customers).
